I shipped a secure item to a business for a refund . It's says attempt delivery . What does this mean. ?

Where is the parcel now? . It has to be signed by the recipient .

Do they have to collect from post Office Depot ?

the parcel should have delivery problem. Maybe seller gave you wrong address. You should ask seller to to china post Shenzhen 红荔 office and pickup the parcel.

i am said to seller to pickup the parcel .he said within 10 days he pickup the phone in office.

RC143761903IN arrived Shenzhen yesterday. The receiver address should have problem. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.
