Hi! I see no move for my parcel till 23.04. It should has arrived already, but it hasn't. Is it lost or maybe there is some kind of other problem?

RF665462927CN was rejected for safety reason in Guangzhou on April 25. What is the item inside?

It is two LED bulbs for auto cornering light.... So it has been returned to the seller or what?! Should I request a refund or should I wait for delivery?

i suggest you wait two more weeks and see if you can get the parcel. If not, you should open dispute for refund.

Hi my parcel number CP135274215MY , has not been updated since the 15/05/2017. Could you please check how long more for it to reach to Dalian. Last reported was at Guangzhou Internal transit.

Hi China post volunteer,

Previously my parcel was stucked in Dalian local post, when my colleague interacted with the local post officer he said that they were unable to locate my address because it was written in English.

Then I had to go by myself to the local EMS centre in Dalian Liaoning Province to collect the parcel.

I hope this time it reaches to my address because I made the sender to print and stick the Chinese address too.

It has been 7days already since 15 May , there should be an update for the parcel but still shows at Guang Zhou.

How long more to wait?

normally parcel should arrive Dalian from Guangzhou in one week. I believe your parcel has some problem or delay in Guangzhou customs. Why don't you ask someone help you to call China Post hot line 11183(or 11185) and inquiry delivery detail.
