Hello,

i ordered an item on ebay. the seller gave me the tracking number RX803438897CN.

Unfortunately the status of the parcel didn't change since 17-01-18. What can i do?

the status is stil 'im transit'

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RX803438897CN never left Chongqing. You should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel.
