Dear admin,
my parcel last status was " Jul 26, 2018
12:00 am
已 Sent to airline空公司运输China Post
伊宁市". I didn't hear from it since then and I need the documents inside to be able to study at an university in China.
Please help me!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RD598984455CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jul 26.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

You need wait some more time.

There will be transit through many airlines. You can not know which is the last airline to reach your country. So it doesn't make any sense to ask airline name, and airline will not answer your question either.
