Post Where is my parcel?

Hello,

My girlfriend send me a parcel from Europe and on the tracking site it says that it is being "presented to customs" since September 10th 2019. Why is it taking so long? Do I have to pay any custom fees? How do I find out?
The tracking number is: CP213367244LU

CP213367244LU is now in Suzhou customs. You need call China Post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. some duty might need to be paid.
