Post Where is my parcel?

I went to a China post myself in Shanghai on 26th June and sent off a big box of my things as I was moving back to England, it’s now been more than 2 months and I can’t track it because I’ve lost my receipt. Is there a way to track it without the tracking number?

Unfortunately you can not trace a parcel without tracking number.

If your parcel is over 2kg, normally it will transit by sea ship. Arrival time can take up to half year. You need wait some more time.

I have just found my receipt, I’m not sure is this is the tracking number but it’s the only number on there CP369108685CN but I have tried to track it and it says that there is no info on its whereabouts

All is good, I have contacted the local depot and it was held there
