Hello,

I ordered something from China to France on July 6th. Delivery was scheduled between July 21st and August 11th but still no news since the last follow-up dates from July 18th.

Order number :
RM911651917CN

Can you help me please ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Jul 18. normally it will travel another 2 to 4 weeks after leaving china. you need some patient.

RF803991496CN

It says it has arrived, but I have not got it?

Could you please help me out.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered by Sweden Post on Aug 4th. If you have not got it, contact Sweden Post for delivery detail.

Hello, it's more than 4 weeks since my parcel left China and I still have no news. Could it be blocked at customs? I hope you can help me because my order dates from July 6th ...

wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by end of Aug, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Thanks for your reply, what if the seller on iOffer doesn't reply to my posts?

iOffer is very dangerous website. They do not have buyer protection system. Normally you are very very difficult get refund if your seller is a cheater or parcel is lost. In future, you should buy from big online websites such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon. they have good buyer protection system.
