Post Where is my parcel?

I have an order with tracking number BJ14878214439891. Its last status update is "BULGARIA, the transfer of customs-- 07-Mar-2017 05:34 AM". I'm not sure what that means...Can you please advise where my package is and if I need to go release it myself from customs?

BJ14878214439891 is not china post tracking number.
