i've send a parcel with this track code : RA875804516IT.
it's few days that this package's tracking says that : "Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )".
When it will be send to shenzen?? how many days it take?

2016-07-25 13:57:07.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. May I suggest you track your parcel here:

3. Your parcel arrive in Beijing on the 25 July, today we are the 26 July so it's been in Beijing only 1 days so far. If you wanted the parcel to be deliver faster you should have use an Express Mail system not a normal Registered Mail.

4. That said, your parcel might take an Aircraft to Shenzhen or the train, nobody know what will the parcel be transported. How much time to be delivered is the same thing nobodies no the answer. You just need to follow the parcel by tracking it every day.

5. If a parcel from China to Italy can take 2.5 to 4 weeks to be deliver, I suspect the same thing can be said about a parcel from Italy to China.

What's happened? yesterday my pack was in attempt delivery and NOW china post say this "Parcel#RA875804516IT is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !" it is normal??
and now where is my parcel

1. There is some disruption in the tracking system because of the Typhoon Nida.

2. Last tracking I can see is this:
2016-08-01 14:08 Post South oil are posted

And ready to be pick up.

3. So maybe advise the recipient of the parcel to go to that China Post Office to pick up the parcel or call China Post Hot Line: 11185.

I've send a message to the recipient and he said that haven't received any message for retrive the parcel at the post office. Actually the track of the pack still show this message "2016-08-01 14:08:12.0 投递南油 attempt delivery". it's 4 day that the parcel is on attempt delivery at south oil. Maybe the office don't update the tracking? What should i do? Thanks.

Another thing. I've forget to put on the package the number of the receiver. i'll post here the number and the chinese address send to me.

2016-08-01 14:08:12.0 投递南油 attempt delivery

3. Contact the recipient and give him the full tracking above of the parcel and tell him either he goes to the China Post Office : 投递南油, 正在投递 or call China Post Hot Line: 11185, either to pick up the parcel or arrange for delivery.

i was bought at 2016.11.11 its looking in the tracking system ''17-Nov-2016 01:59 Received by Post Office 51001020
17-Nov-2016 14:59 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU'' what means.is my package lost in the customs office?

China Post Registered Air Mail RI509876116CN last information is looks like
2016.11.17 14:49 (GMT-7): Export customs clearance complete
2016.11.17 05:47 (GMT-7): arrive export exchange
2016.11.16 22:49 (GMT-7): Export customs clearance complete
2016.11.16 13:47 (GMT-7): arrive export exchange.
is my parcel lost

no need worry. the parcel should have left china. parcel status will not change when it is outside china.
