It has left China on 2017-03-27 but until now there are no update at all.

It is already been 2 weeks and the parcel never arrived.
Is this normal for taking this long to arrive?
Usually only like 4 days.

shipping time to Europe from China can varies from 2 to 6 weeks. your parcel is still in normal time frame.

RF612985051CN left china on Mar 27. you can not see new status when parcel is outside china. based on our statistics parcel will travel another 2 to 4 weeks outside china before arriving your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all available information about your parcel. If you can not see new information, normally it means the parcel has left china, none will update the status when parcel is outside china.
