My parcel (tracking number LX542706858CN) was ordered on the 21st October coming from China to the UK, since then I have had no updated other than what is on the tracking info . Should I be worried about it as surely it should have been shipped by now. Is anyone able to find out more information as to where it is or anything I can do. Need it in the next 2 weeks, is this likely?

LX542706858CN just arrived UK today. You will get it very soon.

My order number is RG618288442CN I haven't gotten an update for a whole month can you tell me where it's at?

RG618288442CN left china for USA on Oct 10. there will be no update after parcel left China. normally parcel will travel 4 to 8 weeks to reach USA receiver. If you can not get it by end of Nov, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
