Post Where is My Package?

My package has been "returned from export Customs/Security" twice within an hour and I was wondering what this means exactly? Where is the package now, has it left China or is it still there, as the UK Royal Mail have not received it yet. Thanks for your help!

LZ695748490CN is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space from Guangzhou to UK. You might need wait one or three more weeks.

Ok thanks for your help! Do you know if there is a problem in Guangzhou at the moment? A lot of flights out of Baiyun airport seem to be delayed!

yes. Guangzhou airport suffered typhoon recently. Many parcels were missed and delayed.
