Package sent by Germany DHL. The number is CF321202412DE
The lasted status IPZ-ffm has lasted for 7 weeks.When can i receive the package.Please help me.Thanks a lot.

CF321202412DE has not arrived China Post warehouse. It might be delayed in Customs and not been released yet. You can ask DHL to file an official investigation to China Post and see if China customs can give some result.

Can you confirm that the package has arrived at the China customs?
If I just wait, how long can I get it？

Many of our users have reported serious delay on parcel from Germany to China. Such delay seems to be a common situation. One of our user shipped the parcel in early Nov and just got it in Beijing.
