I'm waiting for a parcel from Guangzhou Terminal in Italy on September 14th, the website says it has left the terminal but it's been a month but still nothing. Where's the parcel???

shipping time to Italy can take 2 to 6 weeks. your parcel is normal,it is outside china now. no need worry at this moment.
