31811171816 was just shipped on Jun 25. you need wait about 30 to 50 days to get it in UK.

04974335451 is China Post ordinary parcel. China Post does not pay labor to update status for such cheap parcel. So you can not know where it is now. Maybe it is lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped in May 14. Normally it should arrive Europe in 30 to 60 days. Seller should not use such cheap service to ship expensive item. if parcel is lost, seller should be responsible. So suggest you open dispute to ebay/aliexpress if you can not get the goods by next friday.
