Hi,

I ordered my items on the 27th of January, and they were recieved by yourselves on the 6th of February. I still have not recieved my items yet, and the Royal Mail have not got any information for me either. Also there have been no more updates on the tracking of my items since the 13th of February... My tracking number is:

RS382509983CN

I was hoping you could help me locate my items??

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel left china on Feb 13. None can know the exact location when parcel is outside china because china post can not scan the parcel anymore.

Your parcel should be ok, after leaving china, parcel might travel 2 to 6 weeks before arriving UK. you can wait one more week and see what happens.
