My parcel has gone through the customs scan 3 times and now the tracking details have not updated. Is my parcel still on its way or stuck in customs?

Goggle helps translating. It was easy - 邮件号码 tracking number and 验证码 verification Code - enter - ready. But since a few days you need also a 大宗用户号 bulk user. But I don´t know something about a "bulk user". Can you please explain me how I can track my parcel now on this web site ? I can not translate the message from the web site when I use "enter" - without the bulk user. Thank you very much.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only message "Electronic Data Received", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never shipped it. you are scammed.

It shows Estimated Delivery: 04 March 2017 -- 24 March 2017, you should wait by March 24. Parcel status will not change after it left China. If you can not get goods by March 24, you can open dispute to ebay.

No, China Post does not reply any email inquiry. Your parcel arrived China on Feb 8, I believe it should be lost.
