Where is my package? The status doesn't update for six days...Is it still in china?

1. For both parcels, may I suggest you read this:
My parcel stuck in “Export Security Scan” “Export Customs Scan” for long time, how can I do?

2. You may want Royal Mail to launch an investigation about both of your parcel. I suspect they are stuck at the Customs office in China Post.

My package has been saying dispatched from hangzou for approximately 11-12 days and I was wondering why it's seems stuck their LK140231597CN is the tracking number

now is holiday time, shipping is slow. wait 2 weeks and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php . it should arrive then.
