how come there's no more information on the tracking info. Usually I received my orders from China within 1 week after leaving the originating country.

1. Both of your parcels departed their journey from China to Canada on the 20 Aug. Left Shenzhen to Vancouver

2. Normally E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver. Your parcel has been on the road for 8 working days now. You just need to be patient because Vancouver Inbound mail is very busy.

1. I don't know where you got your information, but the tracking number your provided RI95202484CN is not a valid tracking number. It's a fake tracking number.You can check it here:

2. If the last update you are talking about is your account and updated by the seller, then you should open a dispute to get your money back.

1. The tracking number you have is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for China Post to register a parcel into the system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. I was no able also to track your parcel.

LT580653753CN where is this. Was shipped in first week of Dec per amazon record and had not arrived. Yet no record of this # im begiining to think the seller was a scam on amazon.....help please

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately China Post EMS never receive your parcel. In other words your parcel was never mail.
