I would like to know what is happening with my orders that UN549323597CN and UN550779715CN

Last Update Time Destination Departure From Current Status
2018-11-21 02:14:17 Turkey Guangdong Shenzhen shipping center customs scan

That's the only information I can get from the website and as you can see it's 3 months ago. I still did not get my orders and I have no idea where they are. Please somebody help me out here.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
