Can you help me find the whereabouts of my package which was last recorded on 3 July 18.
The tracking number is LZ503198646CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ503198646CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 5. It is waiting for flight space from china to UK. waiting time can take 7 to 30 days. The parcel is delayed than average but still in normal time frame.

Well it’s been 30 days plus now should I put a claim in with PayPal? As nothing seems to be moving. Surely there should have been space since the 5 July!!

yes. you need open dispute to paypal for lost parcel refund.
