Hi, I sent a letter from Germany to a friend in China, tracking number is RX970872534DE. It seems to be stuck in Beijing since more than two weeks. Can you say what is going on? Thank you

RX970872534DE is in Harbin customs. Not sure why it is still held there. You should ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the letter.
