Post Whats happening with Zhengzhou city?

Hello,

I have made many purchases from Aliexpress store and all were shipped via China Post registered airmail. Until now, no problem with the tracking updates. All my parcels left city of dispatch, arrived in a big city's airport like Beijing and then shipped by air.

But, it's happening something very strange with my last purchase. It was shipped from Zhengzhou city, on August 25, and still it's in China, making circles. Then, it has been stuck for 11 days in import customs of Zhengzhou, making me think that it is lost and suddenly, on September 9, new update. But the new updates of the parcel don't solve the problem, because it keeps making circles, passing through the same places, that had passed before!

What's wrong? Is the Zhengzhou's problem or China Post's?? Can anyone enlighten me on this and what can i do in this case??

I believe Zhengzhou airport has some problem. Many customers have experienced similar problem as you. Your parcel actually has not arrived Beijing. It is still in Zhengzhou.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, if your parcel is still in Zhengzhou by Sep 22, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
