Post What means Handed over to Customs?

Hi.

I shipped a package from Brazil to China because I need exchange some fault products, but there is 1 month that the package is stopped and the status is Handed over to Customs. What should I do?

you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

EB048967685BR is stuck at the office of the city of Shenzhen in China. You should put a claim or contact the sender. You can track the status of your shipment at:

olunteer2, thank you for your answer. I am the sender, I do not know what happen in China. When the goods arrives in receiver country, my country does not have more influence.

There is a risk about the package be detained permanently? Are lcd products, I can not understand why is so slow to delivery the package
