Post what has happened to my parcel?

Our parcel was sent from Beijing to Sweden, with a receiver and sender adress both to Sweden on the parcel. For some reason the packet was sent back to China from Sweden. We have tracked the parcel, CP336484476CN, which shows that it arrived and was received in China on 2017.02.03. We have emailed China post several times without getting any reply. What can we do to have our parcel sent back t Sweden again? What happens to parcel returned to China in these cases, are they being stored or thrown away?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP336484476CN was returned by Sweden Post on Jan 19. Not sure what is the returning reason. Normally the parcel will be returned to the original post office where the parcel was sent from. China Post will give some free storage days for shipper to pickup the parcel. If none pickup the parcel within the free storage time, it will be discarded.
