http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM248237783CN shows it left Beijing for Istanbul on Nov 15. It never come back.

I think the parcel might be delayed in customs warehouse in Turkey or some transit airline warehouse between China and Turkey.

I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get it by Xmas time, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
