Normally this means your parcel has some thing which has battery(cell phone, laptop, radio...), chemical, liquid etc which might cause explosion in airplane. Sometimes toy phones or some thing similar to cell phone or laptop might also be rejected by screening machine.

And its very intresting that when returned back, same transit stations who gave ok when export, now gave rejected, how is that possible? they not use same scanner when they do export clearence as when they do import clearence? so strange what happened to that parcel, there is a posibility my former GF coud asked back the parcel? it coud be a reason this?
