I have had no updates since the 9th of April when I was notified “Departure from "Guangzhou International", Next stop "Guangzhou Exchange Station" (via transfer)”. I am using 17TRACK and have had no updates since. I have also checked with Royal Mail (Local carrier) they have also not updated any tracking. It has been over six weeks and still no updates. Could you please help?

LL137312905CN left Guangzhou for UK on April 9. There will be no update after parcel left China. Normally such epacket should arrive UK in no more than 4 weeks. Your parcel might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by May 20, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
