Hello,

I have one problem with a package RZ502945280GB
The destination of package is UA(Ukraine) but I have seen in the tracking system showed that a package has ARRIVED IN COUNTRY BEIJING CHINA.

Could somebody advise how to check if it is the wrong input data from post office or the package has been wrongly sent to CHINA instead of UKRAINE?

The status of my package RZ502945280GB is "sent to airline" for a long period of time (from 2017/11/15). Can you please tell me where my package now and when my package is going to appear in Ukraine? Thanks for your help.

RZ502945280GB was returned by China Post on Nov 15. Not sure it is on the way to UK or Ukraine, you might need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get more information.

My package LS332188725CN seems to have stalled. It was ordered in November for Christmas. Where is it and when can I expect it??

your seller delayed the parcel for one month. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows it was just shipped on Dec 15. you should get it after New year holiday. if time is important to you, you have to open dispute to seller for compensation.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped. now is busy season, update is slow. you can not get it before New Year holiday.
