Hi there,

I receive an email from the seller Pixkol. It' says that my order is on its way with the following tracking number : LZ452368220CN (China to France)

On your website, it appears that this number is not associate with any shipping record.

Is it normal ? What can I do ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ452368220CN shows it has no record. Your seller did not ship you anything. you should be cautious of scam.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
