no shipping record means your seller has not shipped anything to you. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him/her if you can not get real tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.

i don't believe your seller's words. if he really shipped your order, the tracking result will show shipment date and location, not show as no record.

normally you should pay with paypal which is easy to open dispute and get your money back. If you did not use paypal, you might need contact your bank and file charge back against fraud.
