Post There is no delivery of my parcel. Why?

Hi, maybe you could help me.
I ordered something from China to Germany. The Number from EMS is LM044763752CN.

Tracking says it is scanned "Arrival at Delivery Office". But does it take 8 days to my door?! Destination address is a 'Packstation of DHL'.

1. This site is saying it's ready for pick up:

2. You need to call DHL to find out where is your parcel at.

On that website it shows, that my parcel is in france...

I tried to call DHL, they do not know where it is.

Now it is "Out For Delivery" for about 2 weeks. That can't be true!

2. At the bottom of the page you will have all the info to call them:
