Hi!
I ordered an item from China on 26-Nov-2016 with the tracking number RS504867188CN. The item is "standing still" from 15-Dec-2016.
I also bought some other stuff from the same part of China on 1-Dec-2017 and I've received all that at the end of December - so new year holidays are not an excuse.
I opened a case at Ebay (buyer protection valid till 4-Feb-2017) and contacted the seller. I called local post service and they advised me to told the seller to use CN08 international inquiry. So I did. Three times. The seller is not willing to cooperate, all I get are promises that they made an inquiry and no other response (result of their inquiry). I also mentioned them to return my money and they didn't react to it.
My questions are:
-what happened with the item I purchased?
-since the seller is not willing to cooperate, is there any kind of inquiry that I can make at post service?
-considering that 4-Feb-2017 my buyer protection will expire ( which is quite soon and the spring festival is coming soon): should I contact Ebay now to assist to return my money?

Many thanks in advance!
Franci

1. So Ok you don't want me to talk about Holiday Seasons.

2. Then what about the Smog that prevented Aircraft from departing from China and the rescheduling of mail bags. And what about this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

3. And for sure we can not forget your country Customs Office that maybe they did receive to many parcels from overseas and not enough manpower to clear all the parcels in a reasonable time.

4. Yes do talk to E Bay to find out how to proceed for your reimbursement of the money for your parcel that you did not receive yet.

Thanks.

Hi!
Thank you for your fast answer.
As I mentioned, my local post find out, that the parcel is still in China at airport. If I check the tracking number it says: "CNBJSA, elimination of export Exchange mail".
What does it mean? Is this similar case than this:
http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=242/china-post-forum-group1/china-post-discussion-forum14/since-november-tracking-updates-2017-january-still-in-china-thread18697.0#postid-79518 ?
Why the parcel is not moving (if later bought stuff from the same location came long time ago)?
I am making this "panic", since my buyer protection will soon no longer be valid.
Many thanks in advance

1. If you feel your parcel is lost or misplace then go through E Bay to get reimburse.

2. For That question what does it means:
CNBJSA, elimination of export Exchange mail".

Maybe you should ask the Slovenia Post, that is there tracking.

Thanks.

We sent 50+ packets on december from Shanghai and all of the packets have same status"上海市, 离开上海市 发往上海浦东航站"
on december 14th and 15th and not yet arrived. Also no new info available since then, so seems theres been something going on those mid december days.. So please be patient.

Sincerely:
