Hello friends,

I ordered a parcel from Ali Express on 11/30/2016. The last message on tracking system is "leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport" on 12/4/2016. It has been 38 days. But longest delivery day is 33 to Turkey.

Could anybody get and give me more information about the process ?

It might not have left China yet. It may be a package that doesn't know where it's supposed to go, so I would check with China Post to see if they inputted the forwarding address correctly or not.

it looks like it left for turkey, but turkey hasn't scanned it.

I have the same problem to Turkey. Both of my packages are +40 days... Still not received. Never gonna use China post again! One of my packages even came in 9 months!

I would contact seller about refund. It left china, seems hold up is in Turkey.

I contacted the Turkish post service but they say the packages didnt enter the country

I don't know then, I don't work for china post. I'm waiting on a delivery to. I just try and help others. Hopefully you can contact seller for refund, or have them call china post and ask about your packages.

1. To all you when a parcel arrive in any country in the World it goes into the inbound mail warehouse ( control area by Customs).

2. Customs will dictate to the Postal unit there when to scan the parcel so they can be Clear by Customs.

3. When the parcels are scan this is when we see a tracking on the computer system.

4. So calling the National Post is doing nothing, because the person is looking on the computer and he does not see the tracking, so the parcel is still in China and has not arrive in our country.

5. It might look simple but that is the reality for any parcel arriving in any country in the World.

Still no deliver or tracking update. It has been 51 days to order. I have 9 more days to open dispute. But the interesting thing is that the other buyers who ordered same products long time after than me, took their parcels according to the comments of the parcel on Aliexpress.

When I talked to Turkish post office, the officer mentioned that if the parcel arrives to Turkey or stucks in customs, I would be able to see the current situation asap. So, he says that it is stil in shipping.

What do you guys think? Is it possible say thar the parcel is still in shipping (51 days)? RF460774247CN
