Hello,
My order RS407319421CN hasn't been updated since it was cleared customs. Usually it says it is going to next airport/seaport. Is there a problem with the parcel ?

your parcel is ok, no need worry anything at this moment. shipping time to Bulgaria sometimes needs about 90 days.

Last time it was shipped for under 15 now it is stuck for 13 in customs ..... ok ...

Almost a month since parcel update. If it has left China the last China post status update would have been leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport. How can 1 parcel arrive for 11 days and another parcel stays only 20 days in china ?

early shipped parcel arriving later is quite common.
