Good day to all! Can you please tell me how to find the departure for track LM063962265KN. It ceased to be traced again on November 24, 2017. The seller does not answer anything intelligible. Contact technical support service delivery also does not want. How can I find out where the package is?

I guess you put wrong number. If you are talking about LM063962265CN. It is on the way to Russia. Now is busy season, you can not see new status until Russia customs releases the parcel to Russia post. This might need 2 to 5 weeks.
