Hello!

I have been trying to track my package (CP281057198CN) for about to weeks now and the website still says that it was sent to airline :( . Is it still in Beijing?

The package I sent last time to the same address arrived in 15 days.

Normally you should get the parcel within 2 to 4 weeks of "sent to airline" date. Please wait one more weeks and see what will happen.

It seems that the parcel is stuck in the airport think about requesting a refund from seller

Spain airport has accepted this and if could be at customs still be patient :)

Hi, My code is RC518330108CN and the status displayed in the tracking screen remain as "Sent to airline" since the 2014-02-14 at 0457. I would like to know where it is now. Please advice if there is a way of finding out the present position.
