Order was made with shipping address in Ukraine
Tracking number given: RV184908634CN

I see strange location in tracking log:
United Kingdom Royal Mail
2019-10-12 12:55LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom, Item Received

Should I worry?

Your seller shipped the goods to UK not Ukraine. He made serious mistake.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
