Hello everyone! I
I have this shipping number
RM942144036CN
I purchased the product on eBay (iPhone 4)
And I was sent from China on
Day 09/01/2018 ...
the last one
Update is 13/01/2018 saying
"Sent to airline" ...
I know very well that the waiting times are very long, but more than a month with the same update seems strange to me not? What do you say?I would not want to go over 45 days of consumer protection for EBAY and make a report for the disappearance of the package so I will be protected ..
Protection clause would expire on February 18th ...
What are you saying? Someone can help me, I'm desperate, please ....

after parcel is sent to airline, it will wait for flight space from china to italy. waiting time can be 2 to 4 weeks. then italy customs clearance will take another 10 to 40 days. Since china post does not control the parcel after it was sent to airline, there will be no more update.

If you purchased from ebay, you can open dispute to seller for protection. If you receives the parcel, then cancel dispute.

Hello! Thanks for the reply! I ask you other things though ..
the sender has not been answering me for weeks now, and the expedition started on January 9th, and on January 13th it was the last update.
Is it really possible that it stays until February 14th with the same update then?
I called the post office and they told me that the shipment remained stationary at the Chinese customs or in the middle of the other parcels waiting for an air transport. But I'm worried and I do not know what to do. What do you advise me to do? In your opinion, how much can it get? Thanks in advance.

Many Italian users in this forum have serious delay. Most of the parcels were shipped in Nov and Dec from Beijing China to Italy. Since parcel is not controlled by China Post after sent to airline, we can not know exact reason of the delay.

However, parcels from Beijing to other countries have been delivered long time ago. So we believe the delay should be in Italy airline warehouse or customs.

If your buyer protection is expiring and your seller does not give you a reasonable response, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

So, by chance, do you know what I can do to get more information? I tried to write to china post by email but I do not know if they will reply ..
Do you have any way to help me know some more information?

you can not know more information than http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . All information China Post knows about your parcel is there.

Right now you can only wait. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to seller for refund.
