Hello.

I would like to get some status updates for my packages.

latest logs for the packages : RI912813426CN , RI905748510CN , seem stuck on March 25 .
RI912813426CN : 2016-04-25 14:55:00.0 Guangzhou departure
RI905748510CN : 2016-04-25 09:01:06.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

My third package has been supposedly shipped on 2016-04-20 02:14:06 and
number given to me is RS475704684NL. When I try to track it on this website, I got "Parcel#RS475704684NL is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with".

Can you help me with the status of these packages.

Thank you very much for the explanations. One of the first two parcel includes a battery, maybe that's the problem. I'm gonna wait a little longer and then open a dispute on the website I purchased. For the last one, RS475704684NL; I've been tracking it on the track-chinapost for a while but it gives me "Parcel#RS475704684NL is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !" . I just wondered if the number is legitimate or not.

Thank you again 😀 I was also tracking most of them from gonderitakip.ptt.gov.tr , I just didn't catch in time :)) RI912813426CN is already in Turkey. I will receive it this week probably. It turned out RS475704684NL was coming from holland not china. My fault, sorry.

Can you help me to confirm some information about RI905748510CN. Seller said they contacted the post office and post office had said package was exported already. The problem is that tracking is not updated. Can you confirm if the package has been exported and left the china ?

Hi, your tracking number starts with RI. It indicates that your parcel is shipped via Guangzhou. The same applies for shipments beginning from RS, RO and RM. Based on my experience (currently I have 7 shipments which are shipped via Guangzhou), all these are currently stuck there and there has been no update for weeks.

On the other hand, I did not have any problems with shipments from other ports - packages with tracking number beginning from RH, RJ, and RL. I have even receive my shipments which are bought some one month earlier but shipped via other ports.

You can check these tracking numbers if you like to conform - RM679884457CN, RO228258912CN, RS049482475CN, RS027320309CN. I have filed dispute for some orders which the buyer protection period is expiring. Here are two shipments which I have received today but bought approximately a month later than those above - RL200104108CN and RL200103368CN.

My advise would be to quit hoping and just wait for the buyer protection period to nearly expire and then file a dispute for refund.

If you check the following China Post tracking page then it is going be a nightmare show. My package arrived at the Guangzhou airport and then left Guangzhou airport. Not ONCE. But THREE times.

Hello all. sorry for the late reply.

Thank you fadzlan for your examples. some of your packages are problematic like mine. Especially RM679884457CN went into a loop of 7 times going to Guangzhou airport even after cleared at customs.

Thank you int077 , I took the advice and after reading the page I opened a dispute. Seller claimed the post office told them that my package was exported on 25th of April. Although tracking is still unavailable to this day.

Anyway , they refused refund but increased buyer's protection time by 20 days. But I screwed it up by clicking accept button instead of canceling or escalate button. Now Aliexpress is refusing to allow me to open a new dispute becuase by their rules, since I accepted the dispute's result, I can' open a new dispute. It seems I will lose my money on this. Seller is saying "my package is their business" and "not to worry" but you can guess the end result.
