Does that mean it was sorted out wrong and now continue shipping to me to switzerland?

And what about this packet 37981579825
Status since 4 days the same
Please check that for me

37981579825 is china post ordinary parcel. You can not see new status any more after it left first post office, this is normal.

RH912981251CN seems to have problem to pass safety check and status is looping in shanghai export customs. Based on my experience, this is a bad sign. You can wait another 2 weeks, you should consider the parcel can not arrive Switzerland anymore.
