I have a parcel on the way (at least I hope it still is) from China with tracking number: RS334399585CN

Destination country is Greece.

Contacted my national postal service but they said it hasn't entered the country yet.

Last sign was at "leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport"

It has now been 63 days since post day and 57 days since last checkpoint. Do I still have a chance of receiving it?

Seems like there are more problems with parcels stuck at Guangzhou Airport seeing from other threads.

1. The problem could also be at your end. When parcel arrive in your country it goes into the incoming inbound warehouse (Customs control) and Greece Customs is telling Greece post when they are ready to clear more parcels.

2. So this is then that Greece Post scan the parcel and then you can see a tracking on the Greece Post site.

3. Sure the parcel might have been delayed departing China because of the Holiday season, the Smog in China that prevented Aircraft from departing plus the rescheduling of the ail bag.

4. Also you parcel might have been doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

5. You are not the first one complaining about parcel not getting to Greece.
So is the problem in Greece or in China. I can not answer that question.

I have the same problem ,also my parcel has the same tracking "leaving guangzhou airport going to next..." (24 nov) its been 58 days since then. Tracking number : RS312289375CN

I will call my customs office tomorrow morning and ask if it's stuck there.

So I called the customs. They told me it didn't arrive to the country at all. And also if it did it and it was stuck it would still show up as arrived with tracking number. Bottom line. It's still in China. Do you guys in China post have the ability to do a formal written search request? That's what they told me to do.

My only hope now is that it might eventually get unstuck and come to me. Today I had an untracked delivery that came after 3 months. So who knows. I certainly hope so. I don't think there is anything I can even do anymore. I sent an email to China Post like a month ago but I didn't get any reply still.
