RA617946854CN is still in China Post Wuhan office as there are too many parcels stuck in Wuhan airport during holiday. Please contact your seller and ask them do not ship the parcels from China Post Wuhan or Beijing office in coming month as they need huge time to deal old parcels stucked since Sept.

So, let me understand!
The parcel was collected in September 24. All I see from your post is that China Post is in holiday since August 20th and still is in holiday.
May I respectfully ask, when China Post is working?!
May I respectfully ask, who is going to pay for delayed dispatches?
Is the holiday, according to China's law, a Force Majeur situation?
May I please ask what is the contractual term for dispatch?
You are telling me to ask the seller not to ship from CP Wuhan or Beijing but the parcels were already collected by CP employees.
Why the seller was not told about the foreseeable delayment and he was not advised to use another courier service?! a trustworthy and reliable service?!
I still keep to receive info regarding the parcel that it is in transit and will be dispatched first on OCT 8th, then 9th, then 10th, Now the parcel delivery is due on Friday, October 11th.
In this situation, I demand to know an exact date for delivery
Looking for your prompt answer to my questions!

Please be patient.

China Post never guarantee to provide exact delivery date, not even the departure-from-china date. Like most postal system in the world, China Post is a government-owned company which provides lower-than-cost shipping service to public. If you want more reliable service, you'd better try those commercial courier such as DHL,UPS,FEDEX etc which are much more expensive.

However, in most situations, China Post's service is acceptable. If not in holiday season such as Xmas(Dec), Chinese New Year( end Jan or early Feb) and Chinese National Holiday( early Oct), China Post parcel can arrive Australia in about 2 weeks.

Some China Post Branches occasionally might have serious shipment delay because of shortage of airline space. We will post those airports in this forum and let our users to avoid shipment from these cities. Now, Wuhan and Beijing are two cities with most delayed parcels. On the other hand, Guangzhou,Shenzhen are two best cities for shipment. we strongly recommend shipment starting from China Post offices in South China cities.

Hope above information is helpful to you.

Hello again!
Thank you for your reply but, I have to say that all you have done was to avoid providing answers. A real PR person. Therefore, Congratulations!
As you mention all the time the National Holiday, I was expecting to state the period of the holiday. From your posts, I understand that China is in a continuous holiday from mid August.
From your tracking service I understand that:
- on September 29, at 09:43, was collected, location 43005800 (I do not know what that means)
- on September 29, at 11:21, is in dispatching process, location 43032100 (I understand that it is in the dispatching process, meaning that it is airborne to Europe)

So, if it was too haard for you to provide the info, let me do it for you!
Oct 1st is China's National day
from Oct 2nd to 7th is the National Day Golden week
from Oct 8th to 13th are the Special Working days - here I am confused... not understanding if these are holidays or days when the workers should catch up.

I can understand that China Post is government owed company but, even though, basic contractual terms should be respected otherwise, from your statement, I can understand that China Post's client are at karma's mercy!

At this moment, I do not know if my parcel has left China mainland.

If some CP's branches are facing delays due to airline space shortages, should not be customers concern and, claiming that it is a low cost service should not be your argument.
You adopted a very interesting attitude sub-positioning China Post in relation with other courier services. related to the reliability of China Post's services guiding us to more reliable service...
Usually, in similar situations, your answer should have sound like this:
"We understand your concern and, we will do our best in order to have your parcel in no time. For the beginning we confirm that on xx.xx.xxxx the parcel has left China's mainland, at this moment being on the way to you."
On the other hand, you are advising us for the future, not to use some CP's branches but, let me highlight it for you, I am interested by the present!
Providing, at least, the departure date would be an act of common sense from China Post's behalf. Try to put yourself into my shoes, being told to be patient!

Fully agree with you suiram68!But there is other point of view,we have deadline from paypal, ebay and etc to open case or dispute when we doesnt receive our parcels, otherwise we will lost our money! So,for examlpe I wait more than 20 days allready (deadline for paypal is 40 days) and my parcel is still in China? So I have to decide, will I open dispute or not!For sure I will,it will prevent my 160$ where I pay for my parcel. If doesnt, and not receive my parcel,I will lost my money,or it will be on seller's will!No thanks!I heard too many lies for this 20 days!

My suggestion to suiram68 is to file a non-receipt paypal claim on your payment before it is too late. Let your shipper to deal with his local China Post branch(China will accept inquiry from peole with original shipping receipt). If he wants get his money back from paypal, he needs to provide parcel location and delivery information to paypal. If he can't, the money will be returned to your paypal account.

This is the easiest solution for you as a buyer.
