My tracking number LM264601635CN received Nov. 13th and as of today "still not found in the system"... Are you able to provide any information on this to show if it left China yet or not and or maybe the tracking number is invalid?

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
