I bought a goods from iOffer store. I paid the goods in April. The seller gave me this delivery number: UG556636848CN But this number can not be tracked. I live in Hungary. The seller claims he has sent the package, but the shipping company does not update the delivery data. Now is the middle of June and the package has not arrived and can not be tracked.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UG556636848CN shows the number is invalid. Your seller did not ship anything yet.

If you paid with paypal, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal.
