I've seen that the average time to Ireland is 19 days with ePacket I believe and want to know does the 19 days start from the time that the post office receives it which was the 4th of September or else the 8th of September which is when it left Guangzhou?

Is there any way of knowing where my package is or is there no way of knowing once it leaves China.

It won't be scanned again untill it hits ireland mate, same with UK. It should update again within the next few days.
