I am only about one hour from Milan. My Parcel RD398131955CN from Nanjing, China has stalled in Milan. Is there a way I can contact them or is the status false?

RD398131955CN is in Milan customs. Italy Post will responsible for delivery. so you need contact Italy post for delivery detail. Based on my experience, parcel normally will stay in Italy customs for 2 to 3 weeks before released to Italy Post.
