normally unsuccessful delivery is caused wrong address or not printing address in Chinese. you should ask recipient call china post 11185 number and pickup the parcel.

I trace it and it say :
RF725011065CN Unsuccessful delivery

Is there any way to pickup the parcel by myself ?

your seller might forget to print P.O box in the parcel. Dubai post office normally will reject parcel without p.o box. You should contact Dubai Post office and see if you can pickup the parcel. If Dubai Post office does not give you the parcel, seller should be responsible for his mistake. You should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

I already checked with Dubai Post office but they are said there is no any parcel for you, so is there anyone I can contact with here in dubai from china post registered air mail or if is there anyway to change the P.O box to the correct one 6009,Dubai.

u.a.e post website clearly show "2017-06-11 11:11 United Arab Emirates, Deira Main Post Office, Customer adviced to pickup mail" . How come they can not find your parcel? If Dubai Post office does not help you, you can not get your parcel. the parcel is in their hand.

I really appreciate your prompt reply on this matter,I went to deira Main Post Office and I claimed the parcel.
