Hello. I made an order on AliExpress like 2 weeks ago. In 1-3 days status changed to "Awaiting Receipt" and since then it remained so. My tracking number is RD531795049CN. Can you tell me if everything is ok? Thank you.

RD531795049CN was just shipped today. you need wait about 4 weeks to get the goods.

Hello, I also made an order on AliExpress 3 weeks ago. I saw that it was recieved by post office on august 13th, but my parcel has been stuck on "Departure export customs" since August 15th (RH165199328CN). Is it normal ? Thank you

RH165199328CN shipment is en route to France, the latest information is the output of China in August 15. I advise you let wait 3 weeks more to your shipment arrive. You can know the status of your shipment at:

Hi, I placed an order from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania earlier this month and it's 20 days to date. The subject is Reference Number. On the tracking website, it says 'Electronic Data Received' no more details are available. Could you please help to check where has my parcel reached and how long would it take to reach destination (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania)

Shipping RF064583825CN just you have tracking information, the only information that appears is from August 11 in which appears the number of tracking log. I advise you to get in touch with the sender to ask him if it has sent the shipping, it may also be that the shipment is sent but in the package barcode is not glued so carriers can update shipping. Hi again. I got this track number RC295488564HK, an order on AliExpress. No stats on AliExpress so far but on http://www.track-chinapost.com/ it says that it left origin country almost a week ago. Can you please tell me if everything is alright with the tracking number? Thank you :)
