RB842149733CN has not been received by China Post yet. if you just got this tracking number within 72 hours, then please wait some more hours and track it again in our website (http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php), China Post need about 2 days to update the information. Otherwise please ask your shipper to refund you money as the tracking number is fake.

i comunicated with customer services.

they said, we send it to china post. your order status is dispatched. They have to control our registeration.

Recently the China Post announced that all items shipping by air are now subject to x-ray screening for regulated materials. This additional screening may cause delayed shipment due to no fault of the seller, so if you purchased an item from a seller in China, please allow extra time for delivery.
in this case, would you pls wait 15 days more patiently ? your understand is very appreciated

your seller is telling you story again. yes, China Post has upgraded security check. But this does not affect the scanning time. Normally, if your shipper has shipped the parcel with China Post Tracking number, China Post will scan it and update tracking information within 48 hours. If over 48 hours you still see nothing in our website, then it means your shipper did not sent the parcel.
